Every time I try to back up my info it backs up the contacts and pics, but it always crashes when it gets to the videos. Ive tried closing it and reopening it and it keeps crashing. I also got a notification saying that my info had been backed up in 6 weeks. So I did what it said and plugged it in, turned the wifi on and locked it and left it like that for a couple hours and it still didnt back my videos up.

This app was doing great at first. It let me back up all of my stuff that I wanted to. However I tried to restore my stuff on my new phone and it will not let me at all. It says I dont have a good network connection. I tried with my carrier connection and I also tried via wifi. This app gives me the same feedback every time. Now I have stuff that I want back on my phone that I cant get.

unless u want 2 back ur stuff up to their crappy server then this app is useless

Paying extra 2 bucks a month for this trash

This is a helpful app that is amazing but the restore data always say to retry because Im not connected to internet. Please fix

App crashes before I can input any information. Makes sense if they dont want you to be able to enroll!

Having issues getting my contacts and pictures. Ive deleted the app and added it back but still not working. Havent had any issues with it before in the past please correct this

I downloaded this app, I proceeded to put in my number and email, but 2 hours of waiting for a code to be sent- Im getting all my other texts and calls but not that one, I dont think they sent it. Dont waste your time.

I have put in my phone # and email and multiple times. Have waited hours and still no code has been texted to me. If you cannot get into it, you cannot use it!!!

Ive been sitting here for good hour retyping my phone number and email to receive a authentication code to register my account, but Ive repetitively hit resend and I have yet to receive a code. Whats the point of this app again? Ugh to pass up and waste your time, thats what.

This app needs to be looked at and fixed immediately! It crashes every time I try to back up my contacts and videos.

I used iTunes for weekly backup and this "Total Protection" app for daily backups --- but after using this app to backup after taking many pictures & making new contacts, my iPhone 6+ required a reset. After restore from iTunes I went to this app to restore from the daily backup, but this DOES NOT restore the contacts, pictures, and videos that are saved as a backup. The info shows x contacts and y pictures as backed up, but RESTORES NOTHING!!! The contacts and pictures are available on the protection website, but the restore from backup does not put those backed up contacts and pictures back onto my iPhone. This service may only be good for theft or loss (like dropping it in a lake/river while fishing), but dont rely on restoring data from a backup. RESTORE FROM BACKUP DOES NOT WORK. Also, pictures are repeatedly duplicated maxing out the cloud download space - upon reaching the max picture limit, the only way to be able to backup new pictures is to log onto the website and delete existing pics one at a time (no multi select) waiting 2 minutes each time for the picture list to rebuild --- painstakingly slow and tedious process.

This app is ridiculous. I literally cant even set it up without the app crashing. I have reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and it still crashes. Absolutely needs to be fixed before sprint recommends this product to anyone else.

I cant even finish putting my email address and it crashes. Worthless app! Sprint shouldnt advertise this if they cant even fit the app.

Received pamphlet in the mail telling me to download this. Crashed 2 times while downloading & once finally downloaded I cant even sign in without it crashing. It says "verifying number" & then crashes

Received a text telling me I would need to upgrade to the "new" upgraded version of this app or lose it. When I did all it does is CRASH! Opens and then crashes. Why would you release this without testing? The old app was fine. No I basically have NO APP available even though Im still PAYING. Please fix this. Really disappointed.

Worked great until last update. Photos wont back-up. Sprint signed me up for this at $10/month without authorization when I upgraded my iPhone; thats $120.00/year for next to nothing. You can backup to Apple cloud and if you need more storage its only $1/month.

Doesnt let me sign up because it crashes with in 10 seconds every attempt.
