It freezes and wont back up anything. I would give it no stars if I could. Fix it or give me back my $2 per month!!

I opened my app after getting my new phone, and it said that there was an application error. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I then imputed my phone number and email address and it said that I couldnt use this app on my device. Now it says that there is an application error every time I try to open it. Im paying for my protection plan and cloud space that I cant even use.

Ive had this app for quite a while with no issues on my iPhone 6. Recent updates to iOS 9.1 and now this app is stuck in update. Fix this issue and Easily 5 stars.

Ive tried backing up my phone 4 times already. Each time it gives me the same error message, saying there was a backup error.

The application never connects to server.

I dont seem to be having any trouble with this app, Im using an iPhone 6s with iOS 9.1

Youre better off using a regular cloud app. "Tech support" is miserably inept. Undamnbelievable.

This app runs location services 24/7. Battery Killer.

Constant back up error when trying to do a backup, has never worked in the 2 years I have had it!
