The app wont let you log in. Whats the point?!

Horrible. They need to fix this immediately. How can I protect my phone if I cant log in?

Lately every time I have been trying to back up my data it stops at 1 and says error. And I know it didnt my internet connection because my internet is fine. Can you guys please look into this.

There are hidden charges associated with this app. You wont know it until you get your bill.

Backs up your contacts, photos and videos. It also works as my backup "find my iPhone" location setting in case my phone gets stolen and the thief switches it off (using your iCloud email address, which is more often than not, setup to receive email messages on your phone...can be used against you, and ultimately have the thief, reset your iCloud password before you get access to a different computer or smart phone to try to get online to change or locate your phone... :-( the good news is, being prepared for the worst case scenario, & of course knowing that you that youre not just hoping for the best...but prepared in the best say possible! :-) I dont like paying Apple an additional 2.99 per month just to have extra space on my "iCloud", when this app includes a service that I already pay for via Phone insurance per month... :-) its a no brainier. I get Apple care for everything else MAC/iPod etc...BUT NOT for my iPhone. Why? Apple Care doesnt cover stolen or lost devices which 1 out of the 3 major reasons I would actually be needing help with...(my lifeproof case eliminates the 2 of the other reasons Id have to unnecessarily shell out more money....shattered screen or water damage...) thanks lifeproof haha :-D I have this app working in the background with my find my iPhone, I backup my pics and videos to both this app and you iCloud. Better safe than REALLY SAD AND SORRY if and when (knocks on wood) anything goes "wrong" :-)

you still cannot back photos and videos etc up if you have iOS 8. please fix this problem

I was trying to backup my photos and my videos. Doesnt work I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still doesnt work whats the point of this app if they cant back anything up.

Notifications pop up on the app but when I open it they arent there

The app is bad. It wont let me sign in to it. Keeps timing out.

Backed up my contact only. Cannot find my phone, even though Find Mi iPhone finds it immediately. Useless garbage.

Doesnt even let me sign in. All the info is correct yet no luck.

Sprint phone company and their insurance for replacement phone Asurion are worth companies to be with . Do not recommend it to your friend , and do not do business with this two companies .

Im entering my email correctly and it keeps saying "enter a valid email address" when Im trying to sign in.

Unfortunately I Had Been downloading the App (or trying to) 3 times already. I sure hope is not ruining my phone in which I have over 10,000 pictures Im sad because I had been very happy with Sprint and if course, with Apple. I do not have any more time to waste in this. I hope in the future youll be able to help me get through this "so called protection "

It tends to be able to spy on your phone and information well. I do not feel safe implementing what it promises. The red notification bubbles cannot be removed. So it constantly builds notifications.

It wont connect to wi-fi (Im right next to the dang box!), it wont backup my photos, it wont run in the background without shutting down. It just sits there with a spinning icon telling me that 57 photos are at risk. I gave up LOOKOUT for this?!?! What a waste of space!

Tried to create the account and it says my number and email are wrong. Funny since I only have one of each that I have been using for the last 15 years!

The app will not backup without an error on nearly every picture. Also, the "boost" thats supposed to keep the screen on does not do so. I dont want to babysit my phone to back it up

Downloaded & saved contacts, pics & videos without a hiccup using Sprint LTE, WiFi wasnt even necessary!

When I first got this app it worked just fine, sense the update its just not working at all. Needs to be deleted and is there word for thats worse then CRAP...!!!!!!
